I'm using techniques and appropriate methodology according to the patient’s needs. Practical strategies for helping others with Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Relational or marital problems, Grief, Life Stressors, Adjustment Disorders, etc.
I'm Using CBT, TF-CBT, and EMDR models. I use a Telehealth Platform, and I'm available Monday through Thursday. I'm in the network for some medical insurance and use other methods or ways to help clients. I also offer a Faith-based, Biblical Perspective, if requested; and a Holistic Approach
